Tips on Setting Up Your File for CMYK Print in Adobe Photoshop.

The first thing to keep in mind is what is what media your design going to be used for. Today with the advancement of DTP (Direct to plate) Film is a old way of producing, although your files will be prepared the same way.

When you send your files to the printer you need to make sure to send all fonts and suitcases. This will send the printer a screen font and a print font.

Second, you will need to make sure Flashlights your files are set up at 300 dpi and is in CMYK. You can check this in image size.

Fourth, make sure you have a (bleed) if you want your file to print to the edges. To do this design your project at least .25 larger than your expected print size.
